Hi, I'm Tracey, I am a Holistic Health Coach, a wellness authority and supportive mentor, who motivates and educates you to encourage positive health choices. Food is more than just calories. And calories are not all created equal. When our health is optimized through proper nutrition and lifestyle choices, living healthy is possible.
I believe that anyone who has the desire to be healthy can be healthy regardless of their unique situation.

Together we discuss your health and dietary history, take an in-depth look at your health concerns, goals, symptoms and challenges. This is where you talk, I listen, and we create a plan. (60 Minutes/$100)
